Born and raised in Victoria, Newfoundland, Rodney picked up a guitar at the age of seven and was singing by age eight. Once he started performing for local crowds, he became obsessed. “Music is the only thing that really came naturally, that I didn’t have to work so hard to be good at.” Not only was music something he's naturally gifted at, he discovered firsthand the healing power music can have. Rodney has made it his mission to help others living with mental illness experience joy and healing with his music.
